  • Understand the product or service that you are selling
  • Formulate the solution. Not the technology.
  • Be frank.
  • If it’s a no. It’s a no. Don’t push your luck
  • There will always be shitty people and products.
  • Good stuff takes time. There is no ‘pressure’ to something within x or y deadlines, unless… you could actually achieve x – within that time – then you should do it.
  • Look at what you can do yourself and what an expert needs to do. Learn from their experience and expertise. But most of all. Learn from them HOW they do it and WHY they do it like that.
